Join a Community

To join a community you’ll need to register as an individual or accept an invitation. You can also associate an Organisation to your account on some Communities.

Accept an invitation

To join a community you’ve been invited to, you’ll need to accept the invitation email and complete the registration.

1. Check your inbox for an invitation email.

2. Click the link in the email.

3. Enter and confirm your password.

4. Click Set a password.

5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions if enabled,

6. Enter any required profile information.

7. Click Confirm.

Register as an individual

If you haven't been invited to the platform, you can register to open communities instead.

1. Go to a community login page.

2. Click Register for a new account.

3. Enter your email address and a password.

4. Click Next.

5. Enter any required information for your personal profile. You can also upload a profile picture.

6. Click Submit. 

7. Agree to the Terms and Conditions if in use.

8. Check your email and enter the verification code we sent you.

9. Click Verify my email.

You will see a congratulations screen if the code is correct. On this screen you have a link to go to the Home Page of the community you have just registered for.

Optionally, if the community you are joining has Organisations enabled you can choose to associate your organization to your account.

Associate your Organisation to your Account

If the community you are joining has Organisations enabled you can choose to register an Organisation to your account.

1. After verifying your email address in the steps above select the Associate your organisation to your account option
2. Complete Step 1 of the Organisation registration form with information about your Organisation
   
   
3. In Step 2 give information about your Organisation's Headquarters, website and social media.
4. In Step 3 provide optional additional information about your organisation.
5. When you have completed all steps click Create organisation
