Often an idea management process requires a person to review an idea before it can be determined the correct subject matter expert to formally evaluate it.
Our new functionality allows you to select the next evaluator will be, on an ad-hoc basis, every time you make a progression decision. Now it is very easy to make sure that ideas are being escalated to the right people!
- Create more flexible processes which do not require evaluators to be pre-assigned.
- Ensure the right people are evaluating the right ideas by allowing Lead Evaluators (subject matter experts) to determine the next Evaluator in the workflow.
- Reduce the time required for a Challenge Manager to set up each Evaluation stage and manage the Challenge as Lead Evaluators can now assign future Evaluators.
Lead Evaluator or Challenge Manager can assign an Evaluator for an idea in the next Evaluation stage, when making the decision to progress or fast track an Idea to the Evaluation stage.
A task is triggered to the invited Evaluators when the idea progresses to the next stage.
