When launching a new challenge you may not know how many ideas will be submitted or the area of the business they will relate to. This means it can be difficult to know at launch the number and specific Evaluators you will need to evaluate the submitted ideas.
With Ad-hoc Evaluation, Challenge Managers and Lead Evaluators can invite new Evaluators to a specific Idea or list of Ideas, whilst also being able to manage the evaluators through a simple new interface.

Individual Evaluators can be assigned to an Idea when the Idea reaches the Evaluation stage.

Challenge Managers don’t need to set up the whole Evaluation stage when building the Challenge, they can wait to assign evaluators when the Evaluation stage starts based on the Idea content.

External users can be added to evaluate an Idea directly from the Idea page.

Challenge Managers and Lead Evaluators can invite new evaluators to a specific Idea or to a list of Ideas.

New evaluators receive a notification when invited to be an evaluator along with a new task.
