The Wazoku Idea App enables users to add and browse ideas on the go from their mobile device.
Accessing the Idea App
The Idea App can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store by searching for “Wazoku Idea App”.
The Wazoku Idea App is supported on the following operating systems:
- Android (4.4+)
- iOS (10+)
- Windows Mobile
Once downloaded, open the app. Enter the domain or URL of your site – typically it will be in the format of “[domain].wazoku.com”. Next, enter your email and password, or enter through Single Sign On (SSO) if SSO is set up for your site.
Overall App Layout
There are several key areas of the Idea App that allow you to view Challenges, ideas, tasks, notifications and your profile page.
The Idea App provides offline syncing to enable users to submit ideas even when their mobile connection is not available. You can see in the Idea App when you are offline. If you submit an idea while you are offline, it will be synced once you go back online.
Click on the home button to view all Challenges you have the permissions to view on your site. Note that Challenge Managers can choose to hide a Challenge from the Idea App, so not all Challenges may be visible. You can view the Challenge name and description as well as follow or share a Challenge.
If you’re on the list of Challenges, click on “View Ideas” on a Challenge card to view a list of all the ideas that are in the Challenge. You can sort the ideas or filter by status or stage. You can also view ideas by clicking on the lightbulb button to show the page with the list of ideas.
Click on “View” on the idea card to view idea form field content, idea comments and team members. You can also choose to vote on, share or follow the idea.
You can add an idea from the Challenge card by pressing “Add Idea”. You can also add an idea from the circular fab button in the lower right if you are on pages with the list of Challenges, ideas, notifications or tasks.
Once you choose to add an idea, select the Challenge you want to submit the idea to. Once you fill out the details of your idea, you can choose to save the idea as a draft (which you can access later) or publish the idea in the Challenge.
Tasks and Notifications
You can view any tasks that have been assigned to you or any notifications you have received on the respective pages.
Click on the picture in the upper right hand corner to access your profile. Here you can see a list of the ideas you have submitted and any idea drafts you have in progress.
You can also change your password or log out of the Idea App.
