New Comment Moderation Report

As the first step in building a new report suite within Idea Spotlight, Site/ Community Admins and Challenge Managers now have access to a Comment Moderation export showing reported comments within a defined time period for specific content with your site.  

Comment Moderation Report - Communities

1) Navigate to the Idea Space/ Co-creation Community page, Manage > Reports 

2) Enter the Report Name and Recipients

3) Click Filters to expand the box and display the Content and Date filters.

4) If you wish, you can add filters to view reported comments within specific Challenges and Conversations within that Community. Use the drop-down to specify either Challenge or Conversation then use the search box to find it.

The Date Range drop-down lets you specify comments by Date Reported and Date Resolved.

4) Once you have chosen your filters, click Send Report to trigger the email.

 

Comment Moderation Report - Challenges & Conversation

1) Navigate to the Challenge/ Conversation Page > Manage > Reports

2) Enter the Report Name and Recipients

3) If you wish, you can use the Date Range drop-down which lets you specify comments by Date Reported and Date Resolved.

4) Once you have chosen your filters, click Send Report to trigger the email.

 

Comment Moderation Report - Admin Users

1) Navigate to Settings > Reports

2) Enter the Report Name and Recipients

3) Click Filters to expand the box and display the Content and Date filters.

4) If you wish, you can add filters to view reported comments within specific Idea Spaces, Co-creation Communities, Challenges and Conversations. Use the drop-down to specify and the search box to select it. 

The Date Range drop-down lets you specify comments by Date Reported and Date Resolved.

5) Once you have chosen your filters, click Send Report to trigger the email.
