Set the default platform language

Here you can choose the default language for the platform interface.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

Note: The languages available to you will depend on which language packs you have purchased.

If you would like to purchase additional language packs or you require a language that we don't currently support, please contact your Innovation Consultant or our support team at support@wazoku.com

Set the default platform language

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Language.

  3. Under Select a default language, select the default language for the platform interface.

  4. Click Save.

The platform interface will now be displayed in the selected language.

Note: User-created content such as Challenges and Ideas will be displayed in the languages provided by the owner of the content.

Set available languages

If you would like a multilingual platform, you can select additional languages and make them available to your users.

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Language.

  3. Under Select available languages, select which languages should be available to your users.

  4. Click Save.

Note: Each user can choose a preferred language within their profile settings if they want to use another language.
