Get a Performance log for Support

Sometimes we will ask you to provide a Performance log when we’re troubleshooting a complex issue. See below for steps do this depending which Browser you are using.

Save a Performance log on Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome and go to the page where the issue is occurring.

  2. Right-click on your screen and select Inspect.

  3. Click the Performance tab.

  4. Select the Screenshots and Memory boxes
  5. Select Record icon
  6. Refresh the page, then follow steps to reproduce the error
  7. Stop the recording and then select the Download icon
  8. Send the download file to us

Save a Performance log on Edge

  1. Open Edge and go to the page where the issue is occurring.

  2. Right-click on your screen and select Inspect.

  3. Select the Performance tab (gauge icon).

  4. Select the Screenshots and Memory boxes
  5. Select Record icon
  6. Refresh the page, then follow steps to reproduce the error
  7. Stop the recording and then select the Download icon
  8. Send the download file to us
