Sometimes we will ask you to provide a Performance log when we’re troubleshooting a complex issue. See below for steps do this depending which Browser you are using.
Save a Performance log on Google Chrome

Open Google Chrome and go to the page where the issue is occurring.

Right-click on your screen and select Inspect.

Click the Performance tab.
- Select the Screenshots and Memory boxes
- Select Record icon
- Refresh the page, then follow steps to reproduce the error
- Stop the recording and then select the Download icon
- Send the download file to us
