Export Idea details in zip file

Learn how to export ideas and their attachments together using the Generate Zip File feature.
Challenge Managers can select all or just select specific ideas for export and include the full idea content along with any attachments in one organized zip file.

What is included in the zip file

Each exported idea includes a PDF file containing:

• The idea content (title, description, and fields)

• All attachments in .pdf or .docx format embedded in the PDF

• Other file types (for example, .xlsx, .png) included separately in the idea’s folder

Each PDF is named using this format:
Idea ID: XXXXX – Idea Title

How to Generate Zip File for all ideas in a challenge

1. Go to your Challenge 

2. Click the Manage button and choose Generate Zip File.

3. Select who to send the file to. Default recipients are Challenge Evaluators.

4. Customise the message if required. Select Confirm.

5. Selected recipients will receive an email with a secure download link for the zip file.

How to Generate Zip File for selected ideas only

1. Go to your Challenge then the Ideas tab
2. Apply filters in the Ideas tab to choose the ideas to export. 
3. Click Select all and then choose Generate Zip File from the drop down choices on the arrow.
4. Select who to send the file to. Default recipients are Challenge Evaluators.
5. Customise the message if required. Select Confirm.
6. Selected recipients will receive an email with a secure download link for the zip file.

How to Generate Zip File for a single idea only

1. Go directly to the Idea who wish to export
2. Click the Manage button and choose Generate Zip File.
3. Select who to send the file to. Default recipients are Challenge Evaluators.
4. Customise the message if required. Select Confirm.
5. Selected recipients will receive an email with a secure download link for the zip file.
