      Enable Jira on a Challenge

       

      If you’ve connected Jira to your platform, you can also enable the integration at a Challenge level.

      Note: If your Challenge is inside a Co-creation Community, you’ll need to enable Jira in a Co-creation Community.

      Enable Jira on a Challenge

      1. Go to your Challenge.

      2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

      3. On the Extras tab, click the plus_icon Plus and select Integrations.

      4. Turn on the Enable JIRA integration on this Challenge toggle.
      5. Under Authenticated Jira instances, select the Jira instances you would like to connect.

      6. On the Workflow tab, select a Challenge stage.

      7. Under Stage settings, turn on the Allow Jira Integration toggle.

      8. Click Save.

      You can now send Ideas to your Jira projects and receive status updates from Jira on the original Ideas.
