      Configure recommendation settings in a Co-creation Community

       

      If you want to recommend similar Ideas to people, you can turn on and configure Idea recommendations. 

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities.

      Recommend Ideas from the same Co-creation Community

      1. Go to your Co-creation Community.

      2. Select Settings > Edit Co-creation Community.

      3. On the Extras tab, click the plus_icon Plus and select Recommendations.

      4. Turn on the Include ideas from Challenges in the Co-creation Community in recommendations toggle.

      5. Click Save.

      Configure Idea to Idea recommendations

      1. Go to your Co-creation Community.

      2. Select Settings > Edit Co-creation Community.

      3. On the Extras tab, click the plus_icon Plus and select Recommendations.

      4. Under Enable recommendations, turn on the Idea to Idea recommendations toggle.

      5. Select the scope and relationship threshold for the recommendations.

      6. Click Save.

      Tip: If you want to include archived Ideas in your recommendations, turn on the Include archived Ideas toggle.

      Configure Idea to Challenge recommendations

      1. Go to your Co-creation Community.

      2. Select Settings > Edit Co-creation Community.

      3. On the Extras tab, click the plus_icon Plus and select Recommendations.

      4. Under Enable recommendations, turn on the Idea to Challenge recommendations toggle.

      5. Select the scope and relationship threshold for the recommendations.

      6. Click Save.
