Change an organization member's status

 

Organizations are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.

Each member of your organization has a status, but sometimes statuses need to be changed to reflect what's happening with your members.

Who can do this? Organization Profile Admins for assigned organizations.

There are five types of statuses:

  • Pending: The user has been invited to your organization but has not yet verified their account or accepted the invitation.

  • Active: The user is associated with your organization and all the user's activity is also associated with the organization.

  • Inactive: The user is no longer associated with your organization and the user's future activity will no longer be associated with the organization.

  • Declined: The user declined the organization invitation.

  • Withdrawn: The organization profile admin withdrew a user's organization invitation.

Note: Existing activities for ‘Inactive’ members will still be visible on the activity page.

Change an organization member's status

  1. Go to your organization profile.

  2. Select the People tab.

  3. Search for an organization member.

  4. Under Status, select the dropdown and change a member’s status to Active or Inactive.

Changes to a member's status will be saved automatically.

Tip: If you don't have any members yet, you can invite people to your organization.

Note: If the member's status says “Pending”, you can resend the organization invitation or withdraw the organization invitation.
