Tasks can be added to campaigns and assigned to individuals to complete. When a task is completed for an Organisation the Organisation will move along to the next stage of the campaign.

Adding Tasks to Campaigns
Tasks can be added to each stage of a campaign. There is no limit to the number of Tasks that can be added in each stage.
Who can do this? Campaign Manager
- Go to Portal
- Go to Campaigns section
- Select the Campaign you wish to add Tasks to
- Select the + icon in a Stage header and select Add task
- Complete the required fields of:
- Name of task and Description
- Priority: Low, Medium or High
- Add duration – Select how long Assignees have to complete a Task. Notifications will be sent when the deadline is reached.
- Assignee – select the user/s assigned to complete the Task by clicking Change and searching the email address of the users you wish to add.
- Click Save to add the Task
Note: You can also add Tasks when creating a Template.
About Campaign Assignees
A campaign assignee is a full contributor assigned to complete tasks associated with an organisation(s) on a campaign board. Assignees are responsible for progressing the organisation through the campaign by completing the required tasks at each stage. They are also required to add resources necessary to fulfil the task requirements.
A single task can have multiple assignees, all of whom share responsibility for its completion. If an assignee completes a task before other assignees, the task is completed for all assignees.
Managing Tasks as a Campaign Manager
A Campaign Manger can view all the Tasks added to a Campaign by toggling on the Tasks view on a Campaign page. This will show all the Tasks created per Stage.
Campaign Managers can also view the Tasks assigned per Organisation by clicking the remaining tasks icon highlighted below.
Managing Tasks as an Assignee
When a user is assigned to an organisation's task, they receive an email notification and In app notification. Assignees also see their tasks on their To-do List page.
Completing Tasks
Tasks follow a structured workflow:

To-Do – Task is assigned but not yet started.

In Progress – Task is currently being worked on.
-
Done – Task is completed and meets all requirements.
If you are assigned to a Task for an Organisation you can update your progress or complete the Task with these steps:
- Follow the link from your notifications or To-do list to the Task you wish to update
- Select the dropdown arrow next to Status and select a new status
Once all the tasks associated with an organisation within that campaign stage are completed, the organisation will automatically move to the next stage of the campaign.
Note: If a task is not completed during the set time Campaign Managers are notified.
