      Assign an evaluator by Ad hoc

      You can assign Lead Evaluators or Evaluators to evaluate an idea on an ad hoc basis.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Assign an evaluator by Ad hoc

      1. Go to your Challenge.
      2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.
      3. On the Workflow tab, select or add an evaluation stage.
      4. Turn on the Submit evaluation toggle.
      5. Under Evaluator > Evaluators are assigned by, select Ad Hoc.
      6. Click Save.

      You can now invite evaluators on an ad hoc basis whenever an idea is progressed into your evaluation stage. 

      Tip: You can also assign an evaluator by ad hoc when you create a Challenge.
