      Archive a Campaign

      When a Campaign has been completed it can be archived. This removes it from the list of Active campaigns.

      Who can do this: Campaign admin and Campaign manager.

      Archive a campaign

      1. Go to Portal

      2. Click Campaigns section

      3. Find the Campaign you wish to edit

      4. In the Actions column select the 3 dots and then Archive.

      Once archived the Campaign can be seen when toggling Show Archived on Campaigns tab. For Open campaigns, all full contributors can see the archived campaign. For Private campaigns, only members can view the archived campaign.

      Unarchive a campaign

      1. Go to Portal

      2. Click Campaigns section

      3. Find the Campaign you wish to unarchive (toggle on Show Archived)

      4. In the Actions column select the 3 dots and then Unarchive.

      Notes:

      • When the campaign limit has been reached the campaign cannot be unarchived.

      • Cannot edit a campaign when it is archived
