What's New

Collapsed Idea Spaces and Co-creation Communities into Communities

Idea Spaces and Co-creation Communities have now been merged into a single entity called Community. This change enables users to set up either internal or external communities from a unified interface, making community management more consistent and effective.

Key benefits:

  • Admins can create a Community and specify its type (Internal or External).

  • Internal Communities (formerly Idea Spaces) can be Open or Closed.

  • External Communities (formerly Co-creation Communities) can be Open, Open by Domain, or Closed.

  • Internal communities will now have their own unique subdomain, just like external communities.

Surveys

We are excited to introduce Surveys to help you gather feedback from your employees, customers, partners, or supply chain—all within the platform.

  • Build and send surveys to users on the platform or generate links to share through CRM or marketing tools.

  • Use surveys for product feedback, employee engagement, or prioritization exercises.

Meet Portal — your new ecosystem management hub, connecting you with start-ups, academia, and innovation partners. Wazoku Portal has been designed to enable seamless viewing, tracking, management, and engagement of your ecosystem in a frictionless and transparent way.

Introducing Jen

Say hello to Jen, our new proprietary agentic AI, designed to elevate your platform experience and guide you on your innovation journey. From helping you add ideas, to summarising content, scouting for companies, or just searching for content in the platform, you will be able to open a chat with Jen and ask her questions in a conversational way.

Jen will become available gradually, with some functionality accessible by request while other will become available to everyone over time.
