      Allow Lead Evaluator to grant points during evaluation stage

       

      When submitting the evaluation decision for an idea, you can decide if the Lead Evaluator can award gamification points to the Idea creator and team members.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Allow Lead Evaluator to award points during evaluation decision

      1. Go to your Challenge.

      2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

      3. On the Extras tab, select Gamification.

      4. Under Evaluation gamification points, turn on the Allow Lead Evaluator to award points when submitting an evaluation decision toggle.

      5. Click Save.

      With this option turned on, a Lead Evaluator can now award gamification points to the Idea creator and team members when they submit an evaluation decision.
