Add a Challenge Agreement to a Challenge

 

If you want to outline a contributor’s rights and responsibilities when submitting an Idea to your Challenge, you can add a Challenge Agreement.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

Add a Challenge Agreement

  1. Go to your Challenge.

  2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

  3. On the General tab, select Title and Description.

  4. Under Enable Challenge Agreement and/or progressive content, select Challenge Agreement.
  5. Enter the details of your Challenge Agreement.

  6. Click Save.

Tip: If you want existing contributors to accept an updated Challenge Agreement, you can turn on the Reset for all users toggle.
