Google Integrations

Learn how to set up our integration with Google.

Our integration with Google allows you to easily upload files from your Google Drive, in addition to setting up and logging in using a secure Google account. 

Setting Up Google Drive

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel
  2. Click on the Integrations tab. 
  3. Click on the Storage Configuration option in the menu. 
  4. Enable the Google Drive option by selecting the check box.
  5. Click Save.

Adding Files from Google Drive

You can add files from Google Drive in any space where attachments are possible for example when submitting an idea or when creating a Challenge. 

  1. Navigate to where you want to add the attachment.
  2. Click to expand the Attachments field.
  3. Click on the Google Cloud icon.
  4. A modal will appear, select the required media from the files available.


 Enabling Login with a Google Account

  1. Open the Admin Panel. 
  2. Click on the Integrations tab. 
  3. Click on the Social Logins option in the menu.
  4. Select Google.
  5. Click Save.

Logging in with a Google Account

  1. Navigate to the site URL.
  2. Select the Google option from the login box.
  3. Enter your Google account details.
